Attention!! This site pertains to Great Bay Community College only. If you attend a different CCSNH campus, you will need to contact that campus' IT department.
The Help Desk is a partnership between the IT Department and the Center for Academic Planning and Support (CAPS) that strives to provide technology assistance to Great Bay Community College.
The Help Desk is here to:
- Provide assistance to distance learners in the following areas:
- Reset passwords for Blackboard and SIS
- Troubleshoot Blackboard issues
- Answer general SIS questions.
- Train and assist Lab Assistants in the CAPS labs.
- Deliver information "just in time" utilizing excellent customer service.
How do I use this site?
- On the menu, find the category that best suits your needs. For example, if you cannot log into Blackboard, click on the Blackboard category.
- After you click the name of your category, you will see a page of questions relating to the category. Find the question that fits your situation and click on it. The answer will be revealed below the question.
- If your problem is not solved by what is on the page, please submit a request for help which is described below.
How do I contact the Help Desk?
Go to our Request Help Form and fill out the requested information.
When filling out the form, be sure to include:
- Your name and email address.
- The nature of your problem or what information you are looking for.
- Any steps you may have taken already to attempt to solve the problem or locate your information.
- If your problem is with SIS or Blackboard, be sure to include the last 4 digits of your Student ID number.
CAPS
You can also drop by the CAPS lab in Stratham. The lab is staffed will friendly, knowledgeable assistants who can help you with your problem.
CAPS Summer hours are:
Monday through Thursday 8 A.M. to 7 P.M.
Friday 8 A.M. to 4 P.M.
