In this course students will participate in exercises to edit various projects in Final Cut Pro. All aspects of editing will be covered including aesthetics, audio mixing, audio effects, video effects, compositing, animating, and color correction. This course covers technical aspects of video compression as it relates to the maintenance of image quality and explores the various formats for digital distribution including DVD authoring.
