This course is designed for Great Bay students during their initial year of enrollment. The focus of this course will be on the cultivation of skills and behaviors necessary for both college and career success. Course topics include study strategies, college survival, communication, self-awareness, engagement, technology, information literacy and 21st century skills, with an emphasis on habits of mind. The difference between FYE103 and FYE101 is time devoted to study skill instruction and career exploration. FYE103 will fulfill the FYE101 requirement for GBCC programs
