Great Bay Community College (GBCC) has welcomed three new members to its advisory board: Nancy Seskes, chief nursing officer at Frisbie Memorial Hospital; Jes Baumeister, director of human resources at Wilcox Industries; and Katelyn Carrington, career and technical education (CTE) director at Somersworth High School & Career Technical Center.

GBCC’s Advisory Board provides strategic advice on priorities, directions and new frontiers for education and outreach that align with the college’s mission, vision and core values.

“GBCC’s Advisory Board members are extraordinary community partners from different industries and experiences across the Seacoast,” said Dr. Cheryl Lesser, president of GBCC. “They are passionate about education and the students at GBCC. This year they will be helping the college pilot a mentor program to enrich students’ understanding of pathways to careers. We are so fortunate to welcome our newest members.”
