Open House information for events at GBCC’s Portsmouth and Rochester campuses

On Thursday, January 6th, an in-person, on campus Open House event will be held at GBCC’s Portsmouth Campus from 4:00 to 6:00pm.

The event will provide information on the college’s associate degree and certificate programs, transfer pathway programs, financial aid, the admissions process, academic support serves as well as athletic programs and student life programs. Tours of the campus will also be available.

On Thursday, January 13th, an in-person, on campus Open House will be held at GBCC’s Rochester campus at 5 Milton Road from 4:00-6:00PM.

The event will provide information on the education, training, and career pathways of the in hands-on manufacturing and technical programs available at Great Bay Community College’s Rochester campus. The Open House is open to anyone interested in manufacturing and technical skills pathways, including businesses in need of workforce training and development opportunities. Attendees can speak with admissions counselors and faculty, tour the campus, labs and new esports arena as well as get information on programs including Computer Numeric Controls (CNC), Nondestructive Testing (NDT), Welding, Automotive Technologies and Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair. Information will also be available on new non-credit courses starting this January in manufacturing including technical blueprint reading, construction math and CNC Set-Up Operator Fundamentals.
