PORTSMOUTH – The New England Women’s Leadership Institute is offering an interactive seminar for women leaders and those who aspire to be leaders from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, June 22nd and Great Bay Community College, 320 Corporate Drive, Portsmouth.
The Summit, “The Seven Mirrors of Self-Actualization” through questionnaires and discussions will provide attendees with opportunities for self-assessment to determine areas where they are self-actualizing, or are inhibited and the blocks to growth and fulfillment of potential.
Each “mirror” will answer questions such as, how you self-actualize in your relationship with yourself, others, career, in work performance, and how you self-actualize by being creative, adapting to change and nurturing your soul. An awareness of the benefits of self-actualization to personal relationships and an organization will also be discussed.
The Keynote Speaker for the organizations new leadership summit will be Suzanne Foster, Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Energy business unit of Medtronic, a leading global medical device company. Since being appointed in 2011, Suzanne has led the business unit in ongoing 20% year-over-year revenue growth.
