Transfer Pathways
Transfer agreements with other Colleges and Universities in New Hampshire and beyond and transfer advisors to work one-on-one to help you with the process. Great Bay is one of the largest transfer feeder schools to the University of New Hampshire.
Career & Workforce Programs
Academic programs, certificates and short-term training designed to prepare you for direct entry into the workforce. The Business & Training Center also offers in-demand online and on-campus courses and customized corporate training for employers.
State of the Art Facilities
Our campus includes designated lab spaces for life sciences, nursing, veterinary technology, computer technology, surgical technology and information systems technology. Our campus offers high tech classrooms and ample space for students to study and gather.
Athletics
Teams include men’s basketball and baseball and women’s basketball, volleyball as well as men’s and women’s golf, and men’s and women’s track and field. GBCC is a member of the Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) within the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA). In 2025 the men’s basketball team won the YCC Conference Championship.

Advance your culinary career in 2026 with Great Bay Community College. Our next 12-week Culinary Arts and Sustainable Foodways program begins February 17, 2026.
Learn from some of the area’s top chefs while building strong skills in fundamental cooking and baking, cold preparation, butchery, bread baking, and pastry. The program also includes visits to local farms and fisheries, helping students understand food distribution and the importance of sustainable agriculture. Classes in nutrition, costing, labor management, and purchasing provide a well-rounded foundation for culinary careers.
Students earn their ServSafe Food Manager Certification upon successful completion of the final exam, recognized by the National Restaurant Association. Graduates also receive a Culinary Arts Digital Credential that can be shared with employers.
