Please note due to information surrounding COVID-19, all GBCC Admissions Events on campus will be postponed until further notice. We encourage you to take advantage of our online admissions events below.
Visiting Great Bay Community College
We encourage all potential students to attend an information session, campus tour, or open house to see first-hand all that Great Bay has to offer. Students are not required to meet with an Admissions Counselor as part of the admissions process, so this is a great opportunity to get all the information you need to apply. We invite you to find the event that works best for you and your program.
We would love to have you visit our campus, learn more about our programs, transfer opportunities and how to begin the application process.
Register for events using the calendar link at the bottom of the page.
Learn about Great Bay, the general admissions process, the transfer opportunities, financial aid and campus life. Although all GBCC operations are currently happening remotely, you can still attend a virtual tour, learn about programs, transfer opportunities and even how to begin the application process.
Virtual Info Sessions are held each week providing information on GBCC’s 50+ associate degree and certificate programs, the admissions process – from application to registration – as well as information on transfer pathways and financial aid. Two sessions are held each week, one on Tuesdays at 10:00AM and one on Thursdays at 5:00PM. Each live event (via Zoom) lasts about 25 minutes and is hosted by one of our Admissions Counselors who can also answer any questions you may have.
Register here for one of our Virtual Information Sessions:
If you’d like to learn more about admission to Great Bay but don’t want to attend an info session, feel free to reach out to admissions staff directly at email@example.com.
Learn about the Nursing program at Great Bay, the application process, tour the lab and get all the information you need to apply. We are not currently holding Nursing Information sessions but plan to start them up again later in the summer.
Since our campus is not available for visits, please consider attending one of our General Virtual Information Sessions.
Held at the Rochester campus, the Manufacturing Information sessions provide an overview of the Advanced Manufacturing, Computer Numeric Control and Nondestructive Testing Certificates. Learn about the industry, application process and tour the high-tech labs.
Since our campus is not available for visits, please consider attending one of our Virtual General Information Sessions to find out more about our Manufacturing programs.
GBCC hosts three Open Houses throughout the year. The campus is open to the public with faculty and staff from all departments available to answer questions. Open House is a great way for interested students learn about programs, pathways, the admissions process, financial aid and tour the campus.
Since our campus is not currently open for visitors, please consider attending one of our General Virtual Information Sessions.
At Great Bay, admissions appointments are not mandatory. If you have any additional questions after an information session about your program of study or pathway, schedule an appointment with Admissions. We strongly encourage potential students to come and see firsthand how we are putting in Community College.
