To All Students, Faculty, & Staff

Everyone entering GBCC must complete a health status report ahead of on-site visits to campus facilities.

Great Bay Community College is operating under the auspices of the Governor’s Stay at Home 2.0 Universal Guidelines. Our Portsmouth and Rochester campuses are currently under limited access to pre-approved individuals only until further notice.

In compliance with the Safer at Home Universal Guidelines enacted by the State of New Hampshire on June 15, 2020, CCSNH employees, students, or visitors to campus who have been scheduled to be onsite, must be screened daily prior to entering the campus. This screening must be completed by employees, students, or visitors only on days when they are scheduled to be onsite.

GBCC Mobile App

In order to make reporting as convenient as possible, CCSNH has developed a mobile app that is available at the Apple Store and Google Play for download (to GBCC faculty, students, and staff).

From a web browser, go to www.healthreport.ccsnh.edu  and complete the screening process from a PC, laptop, or another device. This tool is simple to use. A step-by-step user guide is available with detailed information about how to download and use the app.

*It is important to note that this application does not use the CCSNH EasyLogin for username and password. You will need to use your college ID as the username.

  1. On the front of your college ID, you will find a number that begins with the number 9.
  2. Swap the 9 out for a capital A, and enter the remaining numbers on your ID. This is your Banner ID.
  3. A one-time verification email will be sent to your student email account. That email contains a 4-digit password code that you will enter into the verification code page to complete registration.

If you are unable to use the app, please use the Screening Form, available here.
