New & Transfer Student Orientation

In choosing to continue your education at Great Bay Community College, you’ve made  a decision that will enrich your life and reward you in many ways.  To help you get the most out of your Great Bay experience, we've prepared informative and enjoyable New Student Orientation programs

Students attending orientation will be given essential information, a tour of the building, their EasyLogin information, they will learn about college email, SIS, and Blackboard, and receive their Student ID. Your Advisor will help you pick the most appropriate orientation to attend.  

Full day orientation 2020 TBA

Full Day Orientation is geared to first time or traditional age students and any student interested in intercollegiate athletics. Participants will connect with faculty, staff, and current students and will meet other incoming students.  It will ease your transition to college, help you learn about Great Bay, give you a chance to meet your classmates, and provide some ideas about how to do well in your classes and make the most of your college experience.

Mini Orientation

Mini Orientation for Spring 2020 will be held on Tuesday, January 14 and Thursday, January 16 at 5:30pm.

Mini Orientations is geared to non-traditional students, or students who have previous college experience. At this abbreviated, two hour orientation, you will have a chance to meet your classmates, and are provided some ideas about how to do well in your classes.
